  • Free shipping for orders over 50 € and up to 5kg.
  • Cash on delivery is not supported for orders with free shipping.
  • COD is charged with € 1.9 and is supported for orders up to 9kg.
  • For inaccessible areas the extra charge amounts to € 1.9 and is calculated in addition to the charges based on order value and parcel weight charge.
  • Parcels are sent by courier up to 30Kg.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on ZIP code which you declare when registering your order and based on the volume and / or weight of your order.
  • Shipments are delivered 1-2 working days after the day of shipment, depending on the destination.
  • For the transport of large items, where it is possible to need a crane or hoist, our company can charge on a case by case basis.
  • In case the shipping charge is wrong, we will correct it and inform you.
  • We also send outside Greece by appointment.

Delivery with agencies

  • In this case, no shipping costs will appear on your order or shipping cost calculation. We inform you about the shipping cost by phone before we ship your order.
  • In this case, prepayment of your order is required as well as the shipping cost.
  • If you work with a transport company, it is possible for them to pick it up from our headquarters as soon as your order is ready.

Volumetric charge

Products that are light in relation to their volume, their total weight is calculated by the following formula (where the three dimensions of the rectangle that encloses them in centimeters are calculated):

Shipping Weight = (side 1 * side 2 * side 3) / 5000

In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged based on the volumetric weight.
